		<description>I guess a little more guidance on point 5 above is in order :)  My basic guidance is that you should present yourself in a professional manner—this interview is an element of your application, after all.  If you are most comfortable in a suit, you are welcome to wear one, however a suit is not required.  A nice dress shirt is appropriate for both women and men.  A t-shirt is not.
