description: The Journal of Law, Medicine & Ethics (a peer-reviewed journal published by The American Society of Law, Medicine & Ethics) is seeking submissions for its Recent Case Developments in Health Law section (the equivalent of a law review student note/case comment section).  Please email a one-paragraph description of a potential article to Brenna Jenny ( bjenny at jd12.law.harvard.edu) by Friday, January 20 at midnight.  You will be notified by the end of the week whether your proposal has been selected for publication.  If so, you will have 2-3 weeks to write an article.  Pieces should be 8-10 pages long (double-spaced and including endnotes), and should involve a new case or legal development from within the past eight-twelve months.
