Excellent post.  I agree with the analogy.

I'm generally opposed to intellectual property litigation.  As a matter of fact, I prefer to give mine away for free.  I've served up about &lt;a href="http://www.dilvie.com/new/archive/2004_12_01_archive.html#110215473510014953"&gt;100,000 free music downloads&lt;/a&gt;.  I even allow royalty free commercial use.</description>
