Therefore, although the mystery of its disappearance has not been solved, the Uploading problem apparently has been. Instead, it says "This feature requires iFrame support." The other frames do appear (viz., Optional Excerpt, Trackbacks, Custom Fields). Once today, the Upload box did appear when I called up the Write PAGE editor, but I have not been able to repeat that achievement (the same line "This feature requires iFrame support" shows up instead). WP-SlimStat is supposed to support this but i cant find any instruction or listing of the tags in the forums I'm looking through. Since the new install our old metatags pointing to the counter have stopped functioning. Everything else is looking beautiful though, outstanding job.
