2007/11/08 Proposed Agenda
Zach Braiker shares his love of new tech stuff with us once again.
Brett, Erica, and j are working on lining up some great speakers and topics in the coming weeks. Please stay tuned! As always, if you have suggestions or people you can arrange to bring in, please do!
By the way, we will not meet on November 22 because of Thanksgiving.
Upcoming events of interest:
- David Weinberger leads a Web of Ideas discussion about copyright on Wednesday, November 14, at 6:30 p. (It’s really 6:30 p. j checked.) “‘Designing Copyright from the Ground Up’: Suppose we had the chance to start over again with copyright, designing it to accommodate the digital era and designing it to support the greatest public good. What would it look like? How would we manage the clash between the need for leeway with the complete and precise knowledge of use that networked usage provides?” RSVP is required, as space is limited. To RSVP, please send an email to rsvp [at] cyber. law. harvard. edu by November 13 at 12:00PM.
- See the Berkman Calendar for upcoming Berkman stuff.
- Feel free to publicize related events here! Let Erica or j know, comment, or add them yourself if you have an editor account.
