Just Call Me Grumpy Shit
Before Sunset–sorry but I
won’t be joining the bandwagon of thinking-cheerleaders for this movie.
A couple of beautiful and successful people whining about having so
much and not being satisfied with it, complaining about having all
their desires sated–fuck you. Try being ugly and undesirable for a few
days and then let’s see how much self-important ennui you’re feeling.

not true – ugly and undersirable myself, i loved the movie. well, i loved the beginning and the end to be precise. it’s nice to be able to spend a night with some dialog and an ending that doesn’t just want to send you home wanting to buy stuff at costco.
you are not at ALL ugly and undesirable, so your opinion does not
count. and my opinion is unmoved. i hated them from start to finish. i
wish a tsunami on them so they can whine about some real problems.
i agree with you on this one cynthia. it was another movie that i wanted to like but just couldn’t. i got tired of their incessent boo-hooing pretty quickly and was annoyed that no one could make up their mind about anything. ok, so their lives would have maybe been different had they met or kept in contact. who cares?
i’m glad someone agrees. i can’t really place what irritated me so much about them. i think they need more rejection in their lives.
