The Counterterrorism and Humanitarian Engagement Project seeks to inform and shape debate regarding the intersecting trajectories of counterterrorism norms and humanitarian principles. Part of its efforts in that connection includes producing a Research and Policy Publications Series and a Bibliography of relevant resources.
