Maybe their mantra should have been, &quot;Sue the pirates, not Joe six-pack [me] or the technology creators.&quot;  This would be more in line with reality... that is, the major labels are going down and it&#039;s not about plugging as many holes as possible, it&#039;s about picking the largest piece of the broken boat that will not sink in the near term.  This is why they should embrace digital distribution wholeheartedly and  spend all those litigation dollars on finding where the added value should be now that the world has changed out from under them...</description>
