Hi Derek... I just blogged a little bit about this... specifically, if you poke around the agent of record database at the U.S. Copyright Office, many are out of date (like my own UC Berkeley... Harvard seems to be more recent)... if you&#039;re interested (it would be fun, but difficult to come up with a simple distribution of the date all the copyright agents were updated):
