You&#039;re getting dangerously close to suggesting that it&#039;s alright to infringe copyright as long as the infringement better serves the aims of copyright (promotion of arts &amp; sciences) than its obeisance.

Ultimately, one ends up concluding that the promotion of the arts and sciences is better served by abolishing copyright.</description>
