One of them is activity. Reading books is the most important one, as Marcel Proust explains. And million million billion ways are available to find your identity. Choose each identity that you like, but &quot;Be Adam&quot;. This is an expression that says: Expect your body and soul.
As I am writing this comment, I am afraid of earthquakes. Since 4 hours ago until now, 10 or 15 earthquakes have happened in my city. You know, fear shows me what my identity is. 
Go ahead, find yourself, GPS Device is your heart and brain...
