Cape Town Open Education Declaration

The Cape Town Open Education Declaration launched by the Open Society Institute (OSI) and the Shuttleworth Foundation seeks to unlock “the promise of open educational resources” by encouraging educators and learners, authors and publishers, governments and schools to support the movement.
