Caroline Mwaura is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a background in commercial law and conveyancing law practice. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Cape Town.

Caroline is a lecturer at the Kenyatta University School of Law where she teaches intellectual property law, commercial law, information and communication technology law and competition law. She has made presentations at conferences and provided training on various aspects of intellectual property law.  Her research interests are in the areas of intellectual property law and information and communication technology law.
