Kendra Albert

Kendra Albert is a Harvard Law School JD candidate and former Berkman Center for Internet and Society fellow. Her research interests include video games and the law, intellectual property and security. She’s previously worked on a diverse set of projects, including the FCC’s Open Internet Advisory CommitteeCopyrightXH2O, and Perma, the citation archiver.

She received her BHA from Carnegie Mellon University with majors in history and drama.  Her thesis work was on the science used in mass toxic tort cases related to Agent Orange. You can also read some of her past professional writing at Future of the Internet, the Herdict Blog and the OpenNet Initiative Blog, and her personal writing at Lawspeak for L33t Speakers.
