		<description>In my opinion, while an excessive break-up fee and expenses more clearly hindered latest round of bidding, having such a reimbursement right in the National Home Health Care (O-NHHC) agreement with Angelo Gordon/Insiders would have brought out a higher initial price from AG and a still higher priced additional round of bidding from strategic buyer, Premier Home Health Care.</description>
