Unfortunately, I think that Bebchuk's advocacy, though well-meaning, ends up painting highly paid CEOs with too broad a brush.  The corporate governance community ends up distracted from distinguishing what works for the shareholders versus what stirs up passions in the media.  I note examples in my web journal.</description>
