		<description>I'll let Lynn respond if she sees fit. Speaking solely for myself, but I don’t think it’s correct to say that I’ve ignored the two policy considerations he identifies. To the contrary, I've analyzed them and come to different conclusions that Verret apparently did. Verret may think I’m wrong in my analyses of these claims, but I don’t think it’s fair to say that I’ve ignored them.
