Just one thought: the message could actually be more complex than you write and may be very different from its trigger (”Kosovo is declaring its independence”). Some completely hypothetical examples: - "I am so happy that Kosovo is independent!" - "Finally, I have a good reason to honk like crazy in this quiet Swiss town." - "I wonder why everybody's honking. Whatever, let's chime in..." - "I do not like this whole honking thing, so I just acoustically signal my disagreement." - etc. ;-) Interesting idea!
