		<description>Digital dossier can be improved by being accessible and controlled by the person whose information is at stake. I have no issues a with credit card company calling me, provided if I tell them I do not want them to do it again, they comply. The problem that I have it that the operator hangs up, and call back the day after — instead of trying to agree on when he should call me (when they have an competing offer, not every day). I&#039;d love information authority to allow me to signal a call that doesn&#039;t comply with such rules: a number that you call after you were phone-bullied, e.g.</description>

		<description>Looking at things collectively, at least for tags, it is way of &#039;self-organization.&#039;  Instead of hiring digital librarians to do the catalogue-ing, the users themselves are the ones who determine which content falls under what subject.</description>
