		<description>Perhaps we can move on to the next phase of blogging.  The beauty of RSS feeds is that I can blog when the mood strikes -- sometimes 7 times a day, sometimes once a quarter.  No one has to visit my site to see if I&#039;ve blogged lately, it just comes into their river.</description>
