It’s happening again, only this time it’s my right eye that’s giving me blue flashes and vision filled with floaters. Very annoying.

Doc. See this Benign Eye Floaters. My husband has the same condition and urged me to urge you to see a Doc (no pun intended) ASAP. The floaters aren’t the problem but the flashes are. It all has something to do with the separation of the gel in your eye from the retina. Do take care. Ellen

Having gone through exactly the same thing back a few months back with my left eye, I’m prepared not to freak out unless symptoms turn into retinal detachment.

Re bit.ly/1qLknPz in @BostonGlobe, @DandCShow is the best #sports talk show in the world. Seriously. The best. Trust me.

@danlyke Who was it who said something like, "The only people interested in gore are those who have never seen it first hand?"

@danlyke Yeah, getting that way for me too. But sometimes I fail, and it's like "Shit! No! Damn... Wish I never saw that."
Answer to a Q: Being smart is good but often overrated. Being helpful, funny or insightful can go a lot farther. Just saying.
The only trouble I've had falling asleep lately has been after failing to avoid beheading images on the Web. #news
