I can't help but these are not women specific problems.
This is straight from the Cluetrain and other books, only people/customers changed to women.

But it is an interesting topic and I look forward to your posts on it.</description>

Which leads me to ask: what can tech males like you and I do to moderate the overwhelming flamage that seems to occur when a Sarah Lacy or Kathy Sierra steps out in this tech world and exhibits the kind of normal human failings that wouldn't provoke quite the same reaction if they happened to be male?</description>
