She spotted a little flame and some smoke up on the mountain near West Camino Cielo. Why do they give the official time at 5:45 PM as the start of the fire. Did it take that much time to react???? KEYT shows a map of Los Padres with the fire starting in Refugio and Camino Cielo. Rather than misinformation I believe "no news is good news" until they get it right! In this age of automated 800 numbers our up dates come from God knows where. Isn't there an agency that recieves sattelite pictures super imposed showing smoke, wind direction and speed and actual fire? Thanks for your continued help.
