The age of one direction advertising is diminishing drastically. Consumers are demanding interaction with the companies they will give their money to. That's why technology will play a major role in attracting customers - they need to be given feedback that they will be taken care of when they have problems with the product. That's why newspapers and magazines are fading out. They have no way to have two way communication with customers, especially with the rising generation.

Doc Searls will be quoted here gain and again: markets are conversations, and customers will control them.

As we mature in and with our activity(ies) online, the sociology we are growing will ultimately lead to a fundamental focus on choice and control by the individual user / customer / human .. the World of Ends concept laid over human intention and action.

Doc: been away from your blog for a while, pretty busy
Spotted the book release, it's on my iPad (kindle app)

Will be seeing how to apply here, local food (my companies) , working on local capital aggregation, even some issues such as local currency (I'm agnostic on that other than "marketing").

Working on fact that local is not fungible ...

Ciao
