Just for the record, you can go really, really, really crazy reading the bills introduced in any session of congress – all sorts of mania gets pulled in, from legislators making their lobbyists and various supporters happy. Until it even gets hammered into anything else, it’s just going to be a lot of crazy noise.

Is there a whole browser private mode — or can one only make a window or tab private? (Safari had that, but killed it in v.8.) Thanks.
