			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I may be wrong, but I&#8217;ll betting that <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Esther_Dyson">Esther Dyson</a> is already the most frequent flyer on Earth.</p>
<p>Now she&#8217;s looking to fly at higher altitudes.</p>
