A man in Newberry was arrested yesterday for placing video poker machines in his house. He was charged for using illegal video poker machines. The man was arrested on Monday afternoon. This is very well known fact that you cannot place video poker machines in local residents and it is strictly against law. Alber Moslet, the person who did this all is 61-year old man. It is said that Albert was making good amount of money by allowing people to play on those video poker machines. There was huge amount of money found in his home. this money will be used in his case and the video poker machines will be destroyed once the case is fully final. Mosley paid some fine and was released after few hours. The video poker machines very seized. The authorities who went to the house said that there were still few people playing at those machines when they went to arrest Albert. But as the main target was Mosley so the people were allowed to leave without any harm and they were not charged with anything. Arresting Albert was not at all easy because authorities were finding it difficult to trace the video poker machines. There are still many video poker machines which are being illegally used at different places but it is really difficult for authorities to find and take down all of them. Obviously after that incident, Albert will never ever purchase video poker machines in his life. Obviously everyone learn from his mistakes. Sheriff Foster, who is the Newberry county said that the arrest of Albert came as a result of several months of investigation. There were several reasons why Albert was not charged severely for having video poker machines at home. First of all, the number of video poker machines were not too much and he was just doing it for living and secondly he agreed to pay the fine easily.
