The response of Full Tilt to the Law Suit
As we all know that few weeks ago there was a law suit signed against Full Tilt by its two poker players who said that Full Tilt is using robots which makes the game difficult and fake for humans to win. At that time we were unable to hear the response of Full Tilt and everyone was waiting urgently for its reply. Well, here we are with a very nice response of Full Tilt saying that the law suit signed against is totally baseless and ridiculous.
Full Tilt said that there were plenty of reasons to terminate the account of these two poker players. Both the players were violating many term and conditions of the company. They were also using multiple accounts to log in to full Tilt. If we take a look of Full Tilt TOS then it clearly states that multiple accounts make the game unlawful and is totally against the fairplay system. Full Tilt also added that it terminated the accounts of these two players to protect other players from any kind of harm or injustice.
This poker website said that the claim of these two players regarding that the websites uses bots will also be revealed very soon. Full Tilt never willingly allowed any bots to play on the website. There were few other charges which were claimed by those two players but we were unable to hear any response of Full Tilt on that matter. One of the claims included that Full Tilt is is US from last two years and has violated many terms and conditions.
We still have to wait for some time before we are really able to see the final decision of the court because the matter is very much complicated and it can go in favor of any party. Both of them have very strong points to fight against each other. It is expected that Full Tilt will be replying to other allegations very soon which will clear the matter and court will be easily able to give its final decision and close the matter. WE can also expect the response from those two poker players very soon.
