We see many tournaments happening in the poker world all over the year. LAPT was one of them which was held in Costa Rica. A total of 259 players participated in this tournament with a buy-in of $2500. The final of LAPT was held in the Costa Rica which no doubt is the best place in the world to visit or you can also refer it to as a piece of heaven. It was obviously really exciting for many players.

The competition in LAPT was very tough because there were so many unexpected players at the final table who never reached the final table before that. As the players who joined were less in number so the prize money wasn’t that big but it was enough for the first 2 position holders. Few hours ago, we were able to see the results of the LAPT. The first 3 positions were very much expected and the rest were almost in order but not that much.

The first position holder was Amir Suleiman who no doubt is a very good poker player and has won many other games in past few years. Amir Suleiman was able to secure the first place and won a total of $179,000 which are really enough for him because playing poker is not his main business. Amir is a very big Coffee Trader and was visiting Costa Rica in the matter of trade and decided to join the tournament for fun. Who knew that the person who entered into the tournament unexpectedly or just for fun will win the first prize.

The second prize winner was awarded with a prize money of $102,000 which is obviously a lot less than the first position but is a lot more than the third position holder. It is expected that Amir will be joining more and more tournaments while on his business across different cities and countries. It is very much possible that he might take this serious and adopt poker as his main source of income. You can check the stats of first 10 positions of any poker news website.v

We heard a lot of cases in which big companies like Full Tilt were sued by its players saying that it is using bots in the games which makes the game difficult for human beings and as a results they keep all the money. However, at that time the checking of Full Tilt showed that they were really not using any kind of bots. Obviously there is a huge risk and it might affect the poker players a lot.

Considering all situations like that a company of England developed a very powerful software which will help Internet casinos to implement it in their systems and simply keep the bots away from the game. It is said that it is a very powerful software and this England company has already signed contract with many online gambling sites like king.com.

The software works in a very easy way. The main thing it does is that it traces abnormal playing patterns by a particular player which gives it a clue that it is a real human or a bot. This software is really powerful and has really renationalized the online gambling. We already know that there are hundreds of types of frauds which can be done over the online gambling sites but letting the bots play is the biggest fraud of online websites.

It is expected that many online casinos will be implementing this software in their system and it will surely help them to make the game play fair. It is expected that many websites will now be giving the guarantee to the poker players that there will be no kind of bots involved in the game. Like this, there are huge chances that the business of these websites will also increase because there are many poker players who don’t like to play online because of the frauds involved in it. Although the one time fee for the software will be expensive but almost every online casino will be able to afford it because it will boost up its player number in no time and will gives them a lot of revenue.

Most of us have heard the name of the poker champion Bebb-Jones who obviously is rocking many tables in the whole UK and is winning thousands of pounds every month. Few days ago Bebb-Jones was arrested and this news was really shocking for everyone. The case in which he was arrested was the murder of his wife. It was suspected that Bebb-Jones was the murderer of his wife.

Back in 1997, Bebb-Jones used to own a hotel in which his wife was a partner. In the same year, the employees of the hotel reported that his wife was missing. Many questions were made with Bebb-Jones at that time but no one could be arrested because the body nor any other kind of proof was discovered. Bebb-Jones was allowed to go anywhere without any charges. He movies to the UK with his 3 year old son without a mother.

In UK, Bebb-Jones started his life from a start as a poker player. Few days ago, he was arrested at his mother’s house because some of the hikers found the head of his mother. Obviously it seems to be a little bit unbelievable but really bebb-Jones was arrested immediately. Investigations against this case are still in progress and hopefully we will be able to see the results very soon.

Soon we will be able to hear the court decision that whether Bebb-Jones can be extradited back to the United States or not. The case is still unsolved so making any kind of predictions won’t be a good idea. There is no doubt that Bebb-Jones is a good poker player but we can’t really say that whether he is involved in the murder or not. There are more chances that Bebb-Jones will be set free but that is totally a prediction because we haven’t heard about anything directly from the court. Many news channels and news websites are covering this news because we usually never see that kind of incidents happening in the poker world. Obviously the fans of Bebb-Jones will also be very much worried about their player.

As we already know that different types of discussions were going on few days ago in which both Mandalay Media and PartyGaming wanted to acquire WPT. Both of them placed really high bids and it was surely difficult for WPT to decide everything. Although we were unable to see any kind of decision made by WPT at that time but finally the big step was taken by WPT.

WPT agreed with PartyGaming and said that offer made by PartyGaming was of best interest to the shareholders of the company and that is why they are accepting the offer. Obviously this is really bad news for Mandalay Media as they lost the biggest fortune. The WPT founder Steve said that he is delighted to have PartyGaming as its partner. The counsel of WPT said that the partnership will not affect any kind of on going games of WPT and the transition will go smoothly on FOX without any kind of interruption.

Another advantage WPT got from this partnership is that now it can get great time support from PartyGaming to face the challenges presented by the economic crisis of the world. Lipscomb said that it is the greatest year in gaming history and surely there is going to be a big revolution in the poker gaming world. Lipscomb also added that WPT will now be having a great support from PartyGaming and obviously the future of WPT is a lot brighter than it used to be. He said that WPT and PartyGaming are now going be on the top in its category just like NFL and NBA are there in their own category.

It is expected that more people will be joining the poker world because they have really found a trustworthy company where they can spend their money securely. Almost all poker players are looking for good entertainment and a fun place to play the poker where they will face no issues. PartyGaming with WPT is here to provide them with this kind of environment. You can visit the PartyGaming website or WPT website to get more information about this partnership.

As we already know that online gambling is legal in British Columbia and few provinces of Canada. The good news is that Quebec is now also going to legalize online gambling. Obviously this will be a great help for many people both looking for fun and money. As we know that there are many people living in Quebec so surely online gambling will also bring good amount of money for Canada.

It is expected that the law to legalize gambling in Quebec will be implemented at the beginning of next summer. There is obviously approximately few months left before the people can enjoy the real fun. Obviously there are still some restrictions on gambling but it is expected that the laws will be amended as the request is already with Quebec Government.

Many countries which legalized online gambling faced many problems because it is really difficult to monitor online gambling. However, Quebec is taking too many security measures and hopefully there won’t be any kind of problem. We already know that Internet gambling is the main source of income for many countries so it will support Canada too much.

Internet gambling is the fastest growing industry in the whole world and it has multiplied more than 3 times in just3-4 years. Quebec is trying to implement the law before summer if it is able to clear everything. Quebec is still busy in taking appropriate security measures which will surely help it in controlling the frauds and scams over the Internet. The biggest reason why most of the countries like US banned online gambling was the same as listed above, there were too many frauds, money laundering and scams. Companies started using bots which made the game impossible for the humans. With the security measures being taken by Quebec, it is expected that other countries will also follow the same guidelines and will finally open up the Internet gambling. Canada is doing many things these days in the gambling world but their this act was surely a big surprise for the Quebec people and they can finally play while sitting in their homes.

We see so much unexpected things in Poker but there are some events which we find hard to believe. Just like we heard the news that a man won the ladies poker tournament. The reason why he was allowed to enter in the tournament is because it is against the federal law to discriminate according to the gender and both genders are allowed in both types of poker tournaments.

At the start of this Ladies Poker Tournament, there were many men in it but the case was different at the final table. There were a total of 9 players out of which Sessler was the only man. Mimi was the last woman who played with Sessler but unfortunately luck didn’t go with her and she had to give up giving Sessler the top prize of the tournament. This tournament was obviously a bit more entertaining than the usual ones we see around. Discussions are still going on that Poker doesn’t not really fit in the law f discrimination when it comes to the tournaments

Obviously the game gets unfair, if it is the tournament of ladies then men shouldn’t be allowed in it and if it is the tournament of men then ladies shouldn’t be allowed in it. As we can clearly see that there is no chance that this rule will be removed because federal law is really strict about its rules and making some exceptions is not really easy.

We never see any big protest from the side of ladies. Most of them never face any problems when men join their tournaments. They all think the same way that law is law. Although there is nothing wrong of having a man in the tournament but some people think that ladies tournament must only be for ladies. Although many men join the ladies poker tournaments but we hardly see one or two every year and that is also one main reason why there are not so many protests because most of the ladies poker tournaments are won by ladies.

We see and read different news everyday about poker. but this news is no doubt really shocking and it really sunned all the poker players all over the world. Patrik Antonius won the biggest pot in the online poker history. antonius was taking the lead from the very first moment when the game started and it was very clear that he was going to win the game but no one knew that it would be that big win.

However, saying anything at this moment will be not at all a good idea because when this article got published, both the best players Ilari and Dwan were still playing and the record could be broken anytime. But obviously antonius broke the record first before any other person could do that. There are many true fans of online poker and they really enjoyed watching this game on their computer because histories and records never get created after every two days.

Both the big players Isildur and Antonius started the game with almost equal amount of stacks which were close to $450,000. It was really doubtful that which one them will be able to win because once you start with equal amounts then obviously the chances of winning decrease.Later in the game, both the players were going very well and it was difficult to judge that who will win. After some time Antonius took the lead and finally that was the moment after which Isulrur was really unable to reutn into the game. Obviously when a $48k lead was taken by Antonius. this was really shcking for Isildur because this was now clear to him that he isn’t going to win.

At last, we were able to see the final moment for which everything was waiting for. If we just take it as a game keeping the players at one side then it was surely on of the best games in the history of online poker and hopefully there will be no such better games in the future. Obviously this one game is going to make tese players really famous because they really shoed up their whole talent.

None of them was willing to give up that easily.

At last, the expected results were in front of our eyes. Han finally made it to the next day be defeating Hilton. These two players didn’t reach the final table without doing efforts. Before they could make to the final table they had to eliminate many players. At the final table, the fans and the audience were able to see the whole match at a huge projection screen.

Alexandr and Phillip were the two early eliminations of the day. Mark was next in line and was defeated by Han. Mark was able to secure the 6th place in the tour. At this point, only Han and Hilton were left on the whole table. Han’s strategy was really great from the start of the game. He increased the pressure on Hilton after every few moments. Although at one point Hilton was able to return into the game but that didn’t last for very long. Han didn’t let Hilton take the lead at any point and that is what made him win the tour.

Han received a trophy and a huge prize money of $148,000. That is surely a great day for Han because winning the really not an easy task. This is obviously not the first win of Han but he never won such a big tour before this in such an easy way without having much competitive players. Han’s playing style is different from other players and it is difficult to judge his very next move. These few tricks which only Han knows made him win the tour with a huge prize money. You can see the screenshots of the final table of this tour over the Internet and you are surely going to love the whole thing.

This tournament of Full tilt Poker was full of players. More than 2000 players joined the game with $216 buy-in which obviously made the total prize money above $400k. This money was to be divided among few last poker players who would reach the final table. Although the tournament wasn’t very long it was just a matter of hours before we could see the final table. Many famous poker players including Bloch who has earned more than $4 million in poker was also in the tournament. It was just a matter of 9 hours before we could see last 9 players on the final table. As these 9 players were picked out of above 2000 then it simply means they were the filters and we could expect a good fight. The two big players on the final poker table were muckducks and Ufman. Mucducks recently won a $33k Full Tilt and also won many other tournaments. The same case was with Ufman2. That is why the good fight was being expected. After few hours the results were really unexpected as muckducks was not even near to winning and a very unexpected player SaulGood came up to give Ufman2 a good fight. It was obvious that Ufman2 will win win because of his last year winning records in which he made more than $1 million with just few of the tournaments. But sometimes poker gets so unexpected that you can’t make any predictions. When the final hours were going on, Ufman2 took the lead and Saulgood was left way behind from the winning and it was just a matter of time now because the game was already in the hands of Uffman2. At last, the expected results came in front of our eyes. Ufman2 was able to claim the $113k prize money. The second position was taken by SaulGood with $73k. The last position holder which was the 9th position received $6k prize money which is still a lot because the buy-in was very normal. This tournament was of few hours but it was really fun to watch it because it got too much interesting at the end.

After just few days of the winning of Joe Cada, Jeffery resigned as the commissioner of WSOP. According to the news, Jeffery said that he wanted to explore other business ideas and move on. There is no doubt Pollack was a very good person and he really helped this poker world. He not only did something for WSOP but also looked in other matters too.

The resignation of Pollack is no doubt a very huge loss for the whole poker community. Pollack was not just a commissioner, he gave WSOP a solid place in this world. He joined WSOP as a commissioner in 2006 and within just 3 years he has done so many things that WSOP can stand at front more more than decade without any more help. Pollack also did many contract with different television channels. He mad a 7-year contract with ESPN which no doubt proved that WSOP is going to survive for many more years.

When Pollack first joined WSOP in 2006 , he redefined the hall of fame and also started the H.O.R.S.E. The estimate has shown that WSOP has grown to 88% since 2006 which is almost a double to what it was before. Pollack managed to grow WSOP in the years when gambling was banned by the U.S government. This shows that how intelligent he was.

The WSOP spokesman appreciated the contribution of Pollack to the poker community. Obviously there is no need of a new chairman immediately as WSOP is in a very stable situation and managing it for few months shouldn’t be a problem. The other members of WSOP said that they are not planning to have any chairman at this time but from news it is expected that Mitch Garber who is the former CEO of PartyGaming might be considered being a chairman of WSOP. But it is impossible to say anything at this point because there are many other big persons who can become the chairman of WSOP. It is said that Pollack is not planning to return his resignation and it is his final decision. Whoever will now manage WSOP won’t face many problems for at least next 5 years because all the future problems have already been resolved by Pollack.
