How can you not love a religion that preaches Love, Brotherhood and Marijuana, and worships the late Haile Selassie, the Lion of Judea, ex-Emperor of Ethiopia who traced his lineage back directly to the biblical tryst between King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba? Yesterday, in Kingston, Jamaica, hundreds of dreadlocked Rastafarians gathered to talk about the future of their faith. Trevor Stewart, a leader from the Bobo Ashanti sect, said the conference will discuss the Rastafarian faith and trying to end global conflict. |
