		<description>Each athlete will have their own reasons for retiring, returning or even staying in sport. I think it&#039;s important for an individual to wisely consider their motivation for either - is it positive and towards something they want to do, or is it motivated by pain, moving away from an undesired situation eg lack of success outside of sport</description>

Of course, our new President, Barack Obama, is certainly an athlete remiscent of the football-playing Kennedy Clan. Unfortunately, his message seems to be the opposite of J.F.K.&#039;s. That is, Obama seems to be offering the question, &quot;Ask not what you can do for your country, but what your country can do for you!&quot;</description>
