Blogging is Not for Everyone

    • What do you say to a person who asks, "Why should I have
    a blog? My friends/students/kids/boss told me I should have a blog so
    I started one. I created it on the web and got to the point where it
    told me ‘Congratulations! This is your first posting!’ Then I stared
    at the screen and couldn’t thnk of anything to write. Then I had to go
    to work.  Who cares?"

    Is there any alternative to telling this person that their instincts
    are correct, that nobody cares, and that they should never blog again?

      Tell ‘em to blog only if they have something which they are bursting to day.
