Sitting in a tiny cybercafe in a residential neighborhood on the ourskirts of Guayaquil while Norma Yvonne checks out a local shopping mall. We would like to try creating a full-featured Dowbrigade News item in an alien environment. We figure if we can create a decent post with an aligned graphic while using a 10-year-old Windows PC from a two-bit public terminal in a third-world country, we can probably blog from just about anywhere.
