For the record, the Dowbrigade is NOT a lawyer, or a law professor, or an employee of Harvard University. The Dowbrigade is fiction, and the opinions expressed in no way represent Harvard University or Harvard Law School, or anyone except a demented middle-aged rabble-rouser who wished to remain anonymous....

Inciting riots and mayhem by a Harvard Law professor certainly brings back old memories of the Vietnam era demonstrations. I was against the demonstrators then and brutally managed to provided my share of the “walking-wounded” traitors. I felt very strongly that John Kerry was a traitor, along with the likes of Jane Fonda, when he appeared before Congress testifying against the war as I do now. As a Harvard Law professor calling for the intentional breaking of the law, I suggest Harvard University personnel remove you from your position immediately.

Is it possible that the lack of "coverage" from the Blogosphere means there is nothing going on there? Is this a figament of FOX's overactive imagination?
