– A
man has pleaded guilty to trespassing in connection with a fatal horse-sex
case.
James Michael Tait, 54, of Enumclaw, was accused of entering a barn without
the owner’s permission. Tait admitted to officers that he entered a neighboring
barn last July with friend Kenneth Pinyan to have sex with a horse, charging
papers said. Tait was videotaping the episode when Pinyan suffered internal
injuries that led to his death.
Tait pleaded guilty Tuesday and was given a one-year suspended sentence,
a $300 fine, and ordered to perform eight hours of community service and
have no contact with the neighbors.
The prosecutor’s office said no animal cruelty charges were filed because
there was no evidence of injury to the horses.
Wait a minute! Isn’t that like claiming that having
sex with a retarded deaf mute wasn’t rape because she liked it?

Actually, it’s ‘injury’ to the horses. Plus you have to remember, that before that incident happened, it was ‘legal to’ or for all you disgustin’ haters out there, “Not Illegal to” have sexual intercourse with an animal.
They are 1200 lb animals…if you do something they don’t like, by god they’ll show you. These animals willingly mounted night after night as police collected 100 + Hours of documented video of these men taking stallions…and living…just so happened this one guy thought he could and couldn’t.
So, boo hoo on all the nay sayers, but I knew the guys. *Shrugs* They were nice guys. Never hurt any animals they owned. Neve rmet the guy who died, and he ruined all the ‘fun’ the folks were having in Washington state =3

They should have waited a year or two, after gay marriage passes then beast marriage will pass next, they can marry their horses then no one could complain.
