The Digital Public Library of America Steering Committee met on June 12, 2012 to discuss the DPLA’s five year plan (including preparation for the April 2013 launch and priorities for the months and years ahead), establishing the DPLA as an independent 501(c)(3) organization, and how best to ensure the provision of content and the long-term stability of the DPLA.
