Although I sometimes miss humor, irony, satire, or mischief, in a weblog posting, I now assume that everything that you pen at Notes for the (Legal) Underground is written with tongue in cheek, unless clearly denoted as serious.
Don't bite your tongue, chewing gum and weblogging at the same time!

(1) I write very fast or very slow depending on my mood. I agree with your point, however, that the author didn't seem to fully grasp the idea of weblogs.

(2) Referral fees are allowed in my neck of the woods; however, when I mentioned a referral fee from Mr. Gary in a recent post, I was joking (just in case you misunderstood, for which I wouldn't blame you).

(1) Alright, Evan, let's dumb-down the question: How long would it have taken you to research and write this article? Bonus question: What would your fee have been?
(2) You are very welcome. As part of your public relations team, and having a very-well-placed weblog, I figured your name would come up fairly often when prospective clients searched for Willie G. Are referral fees allowed in your neck of the woods?

Okay, I'll bite. How long did take the writer to research and write the article? Hmmm. I guess I'm not really sure. To be honest, I suppose I shouldn't have entered this contest after all.

On the other hand, I do want to thank you for putting me in the same sentence (even the same clause!) as Mr. Willie Gary. It's probably the closest I'll ever get to him or his new airplane, the Wings of Justice II. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
