Hi David:

Well, I&#039;m glad to see that we agree on one thing.  The attorney&#039;s retainer agreement was completely outrageous.  I simply cannot imagine how someone would think that he could include such a clause - it would be like a company denying a person the right to even go to arbitration over a defective product if they first complained to the Better Business Bureau.

As for the Texas program, you&#039;re right - it&#039;s not mentoring which implies a give and take, longstanding relationship.  But it really is a great educational resource notwithstanding the name of the program.</description>
