		<description>Three cheers and a 21-gun salute to this consise,  straight-forward treatise on the need for ethical lawyers.

But, the main point I do not understand is how does this intermix in this new world of "legal" crime, that gray area of American society that is never explored.  I believe it's because few attorneys have so little experience on the "street" side of the law, where ethics clash with con artists in a fierce, daily head-to-head.
