I actually read a large part of the 229 page Massachusetts decision and you probably won&#039;t believe it, but I actually found the decision to be correct.  What those lawyers did to that poor clerk was akin to stalking.  It was not just a one time effort to extract information which might be forgiven, but a repeated, concerted effort that took the poor guy on job interviews up and down the East Coast and subjected him to humiliation and threats to expose the clerk&#039;s own alleged misconduct (apparently, the guy who recommended the clerk for admission to the bar had not met him personally and the clerk had not disclosed that on his application).  
Frankly, those lawyers were not creative.  They were sick, devious individuals.  If they were willing to prey on a lawyer like that, I&#039;d shudder to think what they might do to an unsophisticated client.</description>
