		<description>The problem is, Halloween is a religious holiday. No one can restrict any religion. That is like saying sexual offenders cannot attend christian church.

This would be easy to overturn if you could find a lawyer to approach the Supreme Court.

Halloween for Wiccans, Pagans and druids is equal if not more important to Christmas for Christians.</description>
