		<description>Though it&#039;s sad to see an elderly person lose their eye sight, reflexes and coordination, these things greatly hinder their ability to drive.  While age may be a consideration, I think everyone should be tested on a case-by-case basis.  After all, not all people are created physically equal.  I&#039;ve seen 90-year-olds that can do just about anything and 50-somethings that are nearly bed-ridden due to unfortunate genetics or poor personal care.</description>
