I may not have taken 250 photos in my life yet, Jack. But, if I could ever get my lens cap to stay on, I surely would be shooting a lot of its inside.

This was my 25th Stockade-athon. I've grown accustomed to irate motorists.

I'm an amateur's amateur. In 2005 I took over 250 shots of the inside of my lens cap at the Stockade-athon

Thanks for the compliments, Jack, and for sharing your frustrating experience with motorists.

Front Street and the weather were so lovely yesterday, that even this very amateur photographer couldn't help but take good-looking pictures.

Nice shots. I stood on that same block taking pics a few years ago but mine were not nearly as good.

I'm one of those back of the pack runners and have on at least two occasions almost been run over by vehicles encroaching on the course. They get more impatient the longer they have to wait. This year as I approached the intersection of Nott St and Erie Blvd an extremely irate and loudly abusive motorist was hassling the person directing traffic. He would have cut across my path if they hadn't stood in his way to prevent it.

Kris and Mary, many thanks for your kind words and bright spirits. Hearing from out-of-towners who love the Stockade-athon and our humble City is a special treat.

Hello, Coreen. It was indeed a beautiful day for a race or any other autumn activity (like watching a race). I'm glad you enjoyed the photos. Come again when you can just stroll through my lovely neighborhood.
