First Thoughts – Jim Kacian’s Haiku Primer

KacianSelf First Thoughts–A Haiku Primer
by Jim Kacian (title subject to change)

Nov. 28, 2006: Jim Kacian, haiku poet and publisher of Red Moon Press, generously allowed f/k/a to preview his informative and inspired Haiku Primer. We serialized it monthly from Dec. 2003 through January 2005, and presented the completed draft here since that time. Jim has been fine-tuning the Primer and the final version will soon be available at the brand new Red Moon Press website. Please look for it at RMP, you’ll be glad that you did.

The entire f/k/a Gang wants to once again thank Jim Kacian — our very first Honored Guest Poet — for his encouragement and help in our mission to bring “real” haiku to those who might not otherwise know of its delights.
