“It should have been obvious from the first sentence that the advertisement was a trap: ‘Is your present university job not demanding enough for you?’ Uwe Kamenz and Martin Wehrle used that question in looking for professors who could work as ‘consultants’ and ‘representatives’ for ‘various companies.’ They were, however, using the ad not as a means of headhunting, but in order to further their research.”

„Dass die Anzeige eine Falle ist, hätte einem schon im ersten Satz auffallen müssen: ‚Ihr Hochschulberuf allein lastet Sie nicht aus?’ Mit diesen Worten suchten Uwe Kamenz und Martin Wehrle Professoren für Beratungs- und Repräsentationszwecke in Unternehmen - per Zeitungsannonce. Allerdings nicht, wie sie vorgaben, im Auftrag großer Firmen, sondern zu Recherchezwecken.”
