Shapiro, Geithner, Grassley and Aguilar have all been talking about <a href="http://www.hedgefundlawblog.com/hedge-fund-registration-becoming-more-likely.html" rel="nofollow">hedge fund registration</a> in the past couple of weeks. I would guess that legislation passes within the first 6 months of this year. It appears as if hedge fund registration is more likely than ever.
