The New York Times has an article
about an American who is spending his summer vacation golfing across
Mongolia. The basic idea is get a bunch of stuff needed for living
on the plains, wack a ball, go find the ball, rinse and repeat.

All I can say is this is a really cool way to get off the beaten
path. Hope he doesn’t wack any poor Mongolians with a golf
ball on the way.

I was a little ambivalent when I heard this from a friend but
now that I’ve seen the trailer I’m gung-ho to see this movie.
Only problem is, I have no idea when it’ll make it to the Land
of the Rising Sun. D’oh.
