Hal Roberts is a fellow at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University where he researches internet filtering circumvention, internet surveillance, distributed denial of service attacks, and online news media. Hal has also worked on the technology of many Berkman projects over the years, including H2O, Weblogs at Harvard Law, and Global Voices Online, among many others.
