AT&T Privacy Suit Can Move Forward

Federal Judge Vaughn Walker has denied motions to dismiss the Electronic Frontier Foundation‘s lawsuit against AT&T, which alleges that the telco unlawfully participated in the National Security Agency‘s electronic surveillance program.
