One of my collagues here at Minnesota, Heidi Kitrosser, has finally got off the sidelines and is beginning a stint as a guest blogger at Concurring Opinions.  She specializes in the extraordinarily timely topics of government secrecy and separation of powers (since before it was trendy).  I have the great benefit of Heidi’s commentary just right down the hall, and I recommend it heartily.
